When does it ship?
We email every reservation with a date as soon as the first run is confirmed. You approve the charge then — nothing moves before that.
Why are the photos renders?
Because lying about it would be worse. The design is finalised; the production samples aren’t photographed yet. We’ll send real photos to everyone who reserved before asking for a cent.
What does it actually sound like?
A dry crinkle, closer to tissue paper than to plastic. The button on the home page is a simulation, not a recording of the product — the real one comes with the sample photos.
Can I cancel?
Any time before you confirm the order. There is nothing to refund, because there is nothing to pay yet.
What if the run never happens?
Then nobody pays anything and we write to tell you. Reserving costs you nothing but an email address.
